Our approach to machining a part begins with the design of the tool. Our machinists work with our
tool designers to make sure their needs are addressed (i.e.: finish stock, machining tabs, locators,
parting line seams, etc.) They understand how a tool design affects the tolerances on a casting,
which allows us to fixture the part in the optimal way.
